Bizzy Chooses Google Workspace to Enhance Business Operations and Improve Collaborations for Better Outcomes
Objective
Started in 2015, Bizzy.co.id was established as a B2B marketplace and e-procurement platform. The aim was to build an integrated digital platform for Logistics and Distribution providing full supply chain services in Indonesia and improving efficiency in logistics and distribution. This large vision and aggressive expansion of the business into Logistics and Distribution required Bizzy to move towards cloud-based and near real-time collaboration solutions to ensure the effective transfer of information among the business stakeholders. Bizzy was in the process of transforming all tools and integrating new solutions to be able to work faster and more efficiently. The two main IT priorities were mobility and openness, in terms of working from anywhere and being able to interact with other information systems.

Searce Solution
To ensure a smooth and successful transition to Google Workspace, Searce’s project team implemented a detailed communication and migration plan which included the following:
- Google Guides Programme: Users are apprehensive about the change. Many need live help to get started, no matter how much documentation and training is provided. Knowing this fact, Bizzy’s project team and management enabled Google Guides. This helped them make all the difference in a smooth rollout to their user community. This approach also helped them reduce the load on IT and help desk staff and focus on any pressing support issues, instead of repeatedly handling the same.
- Dedicated Learning Site: The learning portal helped the Bizzy team to reach users at remote locations who could not visit nearby branch offices or head offices to attend training, especially the sales team and CXO’s who are always on the go. The learning portal not only helped users at Bizzy to enhance their learning but also they could have a glimpse of training videos, photos and key messages from the CEO about Bizzy’s transformation journey to Google Workspace.
- Stakeholder Engagement: By getting to know the stakeholders, Bizzy and the Searce project team was able to better understand what they want, when they want it, how engaged they are and how the companies’ plans and actions will affect their goals. This activity also helped them improve their communication and rethinking strategies and operations, having long-term benefits such as brand reputation or first-mover advantage.

- Easier audit trail with higher authentication: Google Workspace enterprise helped Bizzy’s IT team to get real-time audit for mobile access and drive usage. It enabled the admin to keep track of all the events.
- Deep collaboration: With Meet/Chat, Bizzy’s internal teams were able to expedite project work and keep communicating with senior management.
