- Easily migrate from their existing platform: Searce initiated the transition in 3 batches – first, the IT teams were moved, followed by the CXOs and senior management. After carefully assessing the changes, the employees were finally moved to the Google Workspace. The shift was for 1000+ employees across 14 Kirloskar companies within 60 days.
- Simple and efficient collaboration tools: Google’s rich, included tools such as documents, spreadsheets, and slides allowed the teams to use them across devices, with or without the internet.
- Allowed better, faster ways to communicate: A total of 2500+ mailboxes were migrated and it simplified overall collaboration and storage of data. While being remote, the Kirloskar Group could still work as a team and communicate via emails, Google Meet and Google Chat. This paved the way for faster decision making too.
